Wayne lives in Nevada where he designs puzzles, makes a few, offers advice and assistance to Interlocking Puzzles, the puzzle business run by his daughter Leslie and her husband, Steve Smith. For several years his has been making tetrahedral based puzzles. Some examples include the Tetrahedron, Dual Tetrahedron and Octahedron. He has also made unusual interlocking puzzles having mathematical surfaces such as a sine wave. Recently, he designed several puzzles with golden rhombic faces using a computer to analyze the possible combinations.
