I, the webmaster for this site, live near Cincinnati, Ohio. I started making impossible bottles after meeting Harry Eng in Atlanta and seeing many of his bottles on display. When I expressed an interest in learning how to make impossible bottles, Harry challenged me to simply go out and buy a few of the raw materials and give it a try. He told me only enough to prevent a failure frustrating enough to make me give up. Since them I have made about 150 impossible bottles, most going to collectors. With few exceptions, I stopped making Impossible bottles in late 1999. There were too many requests and not enough time.John Rausch
