WebOOG is provided through the courtesy of MCM
Productions, located in Fairfax, Virginia. MCM Productions is an independent
software development and consulting company founded in 1995 by engineer Joseph
Vitale.
WebOOG is the Java version of OOG, MCM Productions’ first publicly released
software application. This 4-in-1 tiling puzzle game for the MS-Windows
environment allows players to test their problem solving ability with over 300
puzzles for Tangrams, Pentominoes, Hexagons and Polyominoes. A trial version of
the shareware program can be downloaded free of charge from the company web
site. Registering the program costs $19.95. I have it and it is very well done
as you can easily tell from trying out the Java version presented here.
By the way, the "OOG" stands for "The Object Orientation
Game". Everything else is these days, why not games?"
Please be patient. WebOOG is a fairly large Java applet.
