Sold as Meguro Drum Bridge by Liberty Puzzles. The complete name is Meguro Drum Bridge and Sunset Hill by Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858). A woodblock print from 1857. The Drum Bridge a celebrated site in the Meguro area. Arched bridges were unusual enough in Edo (now Tokyo), but even more curious was a stone bridge, which offered few advantages in a city prone to earthquakes.
